Pollard & Mawdsley Room Block Booking
We’ve set up a standard hotel block for our guests. This block provides our guests with a Junior Suite Garden View Room for 3 nights: Friday the 13th, Saturday the 14th, and Sunday the 15th.
This hotel block need to be booked initially, and from there if room upgrades/changes or stay extensions are needed, you email the property directly to change your booking. Please click the Learn More Tab in the booking link above to get step by step instructions how to do this.
We kindly ask that you book through this link, as it helps us manage everything with the hotel. Guests who book within our block will receive a wedding guest bracelet, along with added perks around the property like discounts and private check-in.
For reference, Matt and Lexi will be on the property from Tuesday the 10th to Tuesday the 17th. You’re more than welcome to stay longer than the minimum, just note that any additional nights are not held in our block, so we recommend booking those as soon as possible before availability fills up (all details are outlined in the link above).

When planning our wedding, we made affordability for our guests a top priority. We believe in being open and transparent about costs, so everyone can plan without any surprises. Our aim is to offer a beautiful, high-quality experience at a fantastic resort, all while keeping things budget-friendly.
Room Blocks
If you wish to stay longer, the deal applies for a maximum of 3 nights before and 3 nights after the weekend, for a total of 9 nights.
Payment
No need to stress about payment upfront - just a hold on your card when booking. Payment is when you arrive at the property in Mexico. You can also upgrade your room at a later date if you wish; keep in mind we are going during high season, so we can't recommend enough booking as soon as possible to get the room that you like!

Flights
Since we have guests traveling from all over the world, we've decided to have everyone book their own flights. This way, you can choose the options that best fit your schedule and budget.
You'll be flying into Los Cabos International Airport (SJD).
From Toronto - Two options:
- Budget Route: ~10-12 hour travel time (with layover).
- Convenience: direct flights ~5 hours.
Air Canada looks to be flying direct from YYZ (Toronto Pearson) to SJD (Los Cabos International) on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
